1.Safe operation

Licensed to work, wear protective equipment before operation, check the brake, oil, warning devices and obstacles in the work area.

Prohibit stopping at ramps (triangles are required for stopping), braking/turning quickly, overloading, and turning on/off vibration while traveling.   

2. CORE MAINTENANCE ◦ Daily: clear mud, check for fluid leaks, lubricate critical parts, clean air filter/radiator.

Periodic: Change oil/filter according to manual (first 50 hours), check tire/track wear, brake pad condition.  

3. Key to operation

Control speed (3-8km/h, adjusted according to the road surface), roll 1/3-1/2 wheel widths, and roll as many times as required (6-8 times for roadbed, 4-8 times for asphalt).

Turn off vibration when close to buildings/pipelines to avoid damaging the road surface in sharp turns.  

4. Special conditions 

Extreme weather: prevent overheating in high temperature, preheat in low temperature, avoid water in rainy days.

Long-term storage: clean and rust-proof, tire support, disconnect the negative electrode of the battery.
