1. Engine Malfunction • Difficult Starting ◦ Causes: Insufficient fuel or clogged fuel line, carbon deposits on spark plugs, low battery charge.

Repair: Check the fuel level, clean the fuel filter and fuel line; remove the spark plugs and sand away any carbon deposits (replace if severe); measure the battery voltage; if it's below 12V, recharge or replace the battery immediately.

Lack of Power ◦ Causes: Clogged air filter, worn fuel injectors, incorrect fuel grade.

Repair: Clean or replace the air filter; check the atomization of the fuel injectors and replace if worn; ensure the correct fuel is used (usually diesel, depending on the engine model).

2. Vibration System Malfunction

Weak or no vibration

Causes: Damaged vibration motor, insufficient or contaminated hydraulic fluid, or a faulty vibration pump. Repair: Check the vibration motor for leaks or seizures, disassembling and repairing if necessary; Refill the hydraulic oil to the standard level. If the oil is cloudy, replace it and clean the hydraulic oil tank; Check the vibration pump pressure. If the pressure is insufficient, replace the pump seal or repair the pump body.

Vibration and abnormal noise

Cause: Worn bearings, loose eccentric weight.

Repair: Replace worn bearings; re-tighten the eccentric weight to ensure a secure connection.

3. Travel System Malfunction

Slow travel or deviation

Cause: Uneven tire pressure on the drive wheels, insufficient transmission oil, or travel motor malfunction.

Repair: Adjust tire pressure to the standard value; refill transmission oil (pay attention to model matching); check the travel motor for leaks and repair or replace damaged parts.

Unable to travel

Cause: Broken drive belt, clutch failure, or detached drive shaft.

Repair: Replace the broken drive belt; check the clutch plate for wear and replace if necessary; reinstall and secure the drive shaft.

4. Hydraulic System Malfunction

Hydraulic oil leakage

Cause: Loose hydraulic line joints or deteriorated seals. Repair: Tighten joints and replace worn seals (select high-pressure-resistant seals of the same model).

Abnormal hydraulic system pressure: Cause: Damaged relief valve, worn hydraulic pump.

Repair: Adjust or replace the relief valve; measure the hydraulic pump displacement; replace the pump body if wear is severe.
