Basic specification

Check fluids and parts before operation, idle for 3-5 minutes after startup to measure the movement; warm up before startup, idle for 2-3 minutes before shutdown.

Practice single action before compound action; when digging, the bucket cuts in at 45° and the boom angle is 90-110° to avoid holding the truck.

Points of working conditions

Leveling: scrape the bucket flat and control the leveling according to the benchmark pile;

Digging trench: dig the guide trench first, leave the side slope (hard 1:0.5, soft 1:1);

Loading: short turn (<90°), discharging height 30-50cm;

Uphill and downhill: drive wheel in front, avoid rapid acceleration/neutral gear.

Safety red line

Clear site/sightline/personnel, prohibit overloading, inclined hoisting; park on level ground, track brake, ramp padding.

Advanced Machine Protection

Adjust the throttle according to the need, less ineffective action; fine operation by micro-movement, avoid hydraulic shock, idle after long operation to dissipate heat.
