Key Safety Points for Loader Operation

Jun 17, 2025

  1. Working Device Usage:Never use the bucket or boom for lifting operations. Operate smoothly to prevent the machine from tipping due to reaction forces.

  2. Edge Operation Safety:Stay away from cliff edges. When unloading, use the "progressive piling" method (unload one pile first, then push it with the next) to avoid driving too close to the edge.

  3. Slope Speed Control:Reduce speed immediately when the load lightens (e.g., when pushing materials off a cliff or to a slope apex) to prevent sudden acceleration and loss of control.

  4. Height Limit & Obstacle Avoidance:Control the bucket height under tunnels, bridges, or power lines. Ensure the bucket doesn’t hit truck cabs when loading.

  5. Visibility & Environmental Response:Turn on work lights and headlights in dark areas. Suspend operations in low visibility (fog, snow, heavy rain) until conditions improve.

  6. Special Terrain Operation:Slow down on icy/snowy surfaces to prevent skidding. Maintain a safe distance (≥5m) from overhead cables.

  7. Work Environment Management:Keep the cab free of oil, grease, snow, and dirt. Operate strictly within the equipment’s rated parameters.
