The loader working device is the core of loader operations; faults directly affect loader performance. Here are common issues and solutions:

  1. Loader assembly problems: During assembly, parts are hard to install or hinge joints get stuck, requiring disassembly for flame correction or fixture calibration. Some parts can be assembled but, due to excessive tolerances, easily cause local wear and interference in the loader, hiding hidden dangers that may affect the loader later.

  2. Faults after loader use: After the whole machine is used for a period, the loader may suffer faults like rocker arm bending/breaking, boom deformation, crossbeam weld cracking, bucket tearing, as well as hydraulic cylinder scratches, oil leaks, and piston rod bending—all disrupting normal loader operations.

Root causes: In loader working device manufacturing, insufficient welding precision leads to assembly difficulties, making loader parts bear abnormal forces during work and accelerating wear. Substandard hydraulic cylinder quality is also a key factor causing loader assembly issues and component damage, with faults mainly concentrated in the loader's front frame, boom, and hydraulic cylinders.

Solutions: Improve or redesign loader welding fixtures; strictly control welding and processing quality of all components, adhering to process specifications; strengthen loader hydraulic cylinder inspections, implementing strict quality control on boom and bucket cylinders to ensure stable loader working devices and extend loader service life.
