Look before turning on the machine


Oil: Take out the dipstick and wipe it, then put it back in, see the oil level in the middle of the scale on the line, not enough, add the same type of oil in time. 


Water tank: when the car is cold, see if the antifreeze is enough, don't go below the line on the water tank, if it is not enough, add special antifreeze. 


Tires: look at the tire pressure, the front tire is not too flat (normal hard hitch), tire seams in small stones need to be picked out to avoid puncturing the tire. 


Fuel lines and wires: look for oil leaks, broken wires, and deal with them hastily if you find any. 


Be more careful while working


Dashboard: do not let the water temperature exceed 95℃, do not let the oil light come on, and stop the engine if the needle goes into the red zone. 


Listen to the sound: do not make strange sounds from the engine and hydraulic pump such as “squeaking” and “knocking”, stop and check if something is wrong. 


Simple cleaning after work


Rinse: rinse dirt off the body, especially the outside of the radiator and air filter, avoid sulfur clogging. 


Bucket and digging arm: check if the connecting bushings are loose, if the gap is too large, have a repairman replace them. 


Drain the water: open the small switch under the fuel filter and drain the water, otherwise it will easily freeze on cold days.
